Where do Action Forklift Training run the courses?
Our primary training facility is located at 3B Lara Way Campbellfield, next door to Industrial Galvanizers, near the corner of Capital Link Drive.

What time does the forklift courses start?
We start at 7:30am.
You will be informed of your start time, in your booking confirmation email and via an SMS reminder 24 hours prior to the course.

Do I get a lunch break?
Yes. Every student will get a 30 minute break around lunch time, as well as a short break around 10am and mid afternoon.

What do I need to bring with me?
Apart from your photo ID and your USI number, it is recommended you wear appropriate comfortable clothing, like jeans & runners or comfortable workwear. (No thongs or sandals). During winter months, the warehouse area for practical training, may get cold, so please consider suitable warm clothing. During COVID-19 restrictions / lockdowns, face masks will need to be worn at all times, when inside the building.

Will study / reading material be provided before the course starts?
Yes, once you have been booked in, you will receive a confirmation email, with a learners guide and activity book.
If you would like more practical training in driving & operating the forklift, please complete the activity book questions from the information in the learner guide.

What if I have literacy problems, reading & writing?
We normally do not recommend you do the course if you have problems with literacy, language or numeracy, given there will be a written & calculations assessment on day 2.

You can complete a verbal assessment for the written test, for an additional fee of $100.00.

Do I need to bring my food?
If you would like to bring your lunch with you, we have refrigerators to keep you food fresh, microwaves to heat up your food and cutlery / plates as well (Please clean up after yourself)

We also have coffee, tea and water facilities.
There is also Ciccones food cafe located around the corner, in Lara Way.
